A free ‘fright night’ will be held on the Shankill Road as part of the community’s Halloween celebrations.
The event, at Shankill Graveyard, takes place on Monday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
The trail will include spooky characters, ghostly projections and unexpected frights.
The night has been organised by the Spectrum Centre and ACT Initiative as part of its wide Greater Shankill Winter Festival and has been supported by RC Trading.
Nicola Verner, from the Spectrum Centre, told Belfast Live that the event was the beginning of a series of events over the winter months.
She said: "We are excited for our very first Halloween event as part of the Winter Festival.
"It’s great to see the community coming out and supporting this, and even better to see a real community buzz at this time of the year when it becomes dark and cold and normally leads to people staying at home.
"This event, and indeed the entire Winter Festival helps keep people connected and engaged, enjoying the facilities and range of programmes we have within our community."
