Part of the Shankill Road has been left flooded on Wednesday evening.
Cars have been filmed struggling to get through the bottom of the Shankill Road facing Townsend Street.
A resident said she believed that it may be due to a blocked manhole.
She said: "I arrived home and met this at the bottom of my road.
"Cars are stuck on the road and can't get up or down.
"They're going on the footpath to get past."
