Golf ace show Shane Lowry's wife has earned huge praise as she she showed her support just three weeks after giving birth.
The Offaly native is marking a huge milestone in his career, making his Ryder Cup debut, and despite only having a baby earlier this month, wife Wendy has been by his side for the momentous occasion.
And fans and friends were quick to spot Wendy's appearance and comment on her presence.
Taking to Instagram, Shane posted a stunning picture of the couple, shared by an incredulous friend which read, "Just a Wendy appreciation post - who gave birth three weeks ago".
He also shared a jubilant picture of himself at the Ryder Cup opening ceremony as part of Team Ireland, with wife Wendy pictured beaming with pride as she looked on.
Wendy also shared the posts of her first outing, thanking people for their kind comments on her Ryder Cup appearance.
Shane's wife balances a career as a nurse as well as looking after their two daughters and supporting Shane's career, is known for the immense support she shows her husband.
The couple welcomed their second baby girl month, a daughter who they named Ivy.
Shane and Wendy are also parents to four-year-old daughter Iris, who was born in 2017.
The Lowry family are based out in Florida for most of the year because of Shane's golfing commitments.
Shane and Wendy first met when they were on a night out in 2012.
The couple tied the knot in a dream New York wedding on 12 April 2016 after Shane popped the question on a beach in Dubai during a romantic holiday in 2014.
