Republic of Ireland boss Stephen Kenny says he will stick with Shane Duffy after a nightmare season at Celtic.
The centre-back has lost his place in the Parkhead starting XI to Stephen Welsh after several high-profile errors during the ill-fated 10 In A Row bid.
He has not made an appearance for Celtic in over a month and looks set to return to Brighton in the summer.
However, Kenny has stuck by the defender and insists he has no fears over the international triple headers against Serbia, Luxembourg and Qatar.
While conceding the Premiership switch hasn't worked out, Kenny refused to forget about his form previously shown in the Premier League and for his county.
The boss said in his pre-match press conference: "Shane has been dissected at the moment and the microscope is on him, every aspect of his performance.
"Sometimes players get a move to a club and for some reason it doesn't work out.
"You can't forget the terrific form he had for Brighton in the Premier League and for Ireland, he was twice named as [Ireland's] player of the year and that form doesn't leave you overnight."
