A self-confessed 'shameless' clubber has gone to extreme lengths to avoid painful high heels 'ruining' her work night out - by covering her feet in NUMBING CREAM so she doesn't feel a thing.
Georgia Baigrie was sick of her heels stopping her dance the night away, so last weekend March 20) she says she tried a bizarre 'experiment' and was blown away by its impressive results. In a viral TikTok, the 24-year-old can be seen rubbing tattoo pain relief cream TXTX into the soles and sides of her feet.
She tied sandwich bags around her ankles with masking tape, then waited an hour for the cream to take effect - despite her almost slipping over as she stood up to get ready. During a second video she explains how she forgot she was wearing the four-inch heels until the final moments of a 10-hour booze-up, even despite walking into town at 4.30pm.

The events co-ordinator has since stressed how much she'd recommend the £10-per-tube cream for special occasions like birthdays and TikTok users have been left baffled by her discovery. Georgia from York, North Yorkshire, said: "I was questioning my sanity while I was putting it on. The things I'll do for beauty hacks are unreal. I literally have no shame.
"I was trying to get ready at the same time so I was trying not to walk on my feet and I was slipping all over the floor. I couldn't tell if it had worked until I went on the night out, but then I was dancing away and couldn't feel a thing.
"I'm not good in heels. I can walk fine in them, but my feet just kill me and I'm not good with the pain. I was fed up with it. Normally I have a high pain threshold but with heels, it ruins my night and I want to dance and want to enjoy my night but I can never do it.
"I want to wear heels because your outfit looks better and you look better, so I thought a tattoo numbing cream would surely work. It's one of the best ones. It's expensive for a small tube but it works. It was definitely worth it! My feet only started hurting around 1am when I was waiting for a taxi.
"I didn't mind it hurting as I was waiting for the taxi because I'd already enjoyed my night. The next day my feet weren't too bad either. Anyone that does have pain in the morning, you're hungover anyway so you're dealing with a lot so it doesn't matter as much.
"I thought it wasn't going to last the full night so I took the cream, the bags and masking tape with me in case I wanted to put more on. If I was in agony I could reapply it. Too much of anything is bad so I wouldn't advise doing it every week, but maybe a few times a year and on big occasions like birthdays. I'd definitely recommend it!"

One of Georgia's followers suggested the numbing cream after she tried a pain relief spray in her first TikTok experiment, but that didn't work.
TXTX 'deep' numbing cream claims to offer pain relief for those who want to block out the feeling of being tattooed and they offer varying cream strengths which each cost £10 per tube. She's trying to find a more affordable alternative, and future experiments could even include taping toes together and rubbing bonjela on her feet.
Her videos charting this experiment have been liked more than 35,000 times and users flocked to thank her for the tip and question how it worked. One user, known as Preece, said: "Thank you. I have a wedding coming up and this will save my feet!"

Another TikToker Natalie said: "I'm guessing the feet will still hurt when the numbing cream wears off or the next day?"
Georgia said: "Yes, my feet hurt towards the end of the night. Okay the next day though."
Chloe Phillip said: "I am completely claiming the fame for this! Glad it worked for you angel!"
Georgia replied: "The fame is all yours lovely! But yes, I was so gassed when it did."

Natasha Bythe said: "Wow, but do your feet not feel literally numb like you are walking on stumps lol?"
Georgia said: "It doesn't numb down to the nerve, just skin so you don't even realise."
