Katie Price has been criticised by her online following after promoting weight loss syrup just days after fat removal surgery.
It was only last week the mum-of-five was spotted trudging through a cosmetic clinic in Turkey after undergoing multiple procedures in one go - including liposuction.
Katie, 40, was said to be in 'complete agony' after her latest trip under the knife while disturbing images emerged of her with blood leaking from her groin in the hospital.
But despite her current woes, Katie managed to get back on her feet in order to plug another diet product on Twitter .
The former glamour model hid her figure behind garish loose fitting jogging bottoms and matching top as she hopped onto her kitchen work top for a demonstration.
"I can't get enough of these," Katie told her fans as she squeezed syrup onto a plate of bananas.
Seemingly responding to past scepticism, she added: "I genuinely do use them a lot now! The savoury sources are amazing (my fave is peri peri) but I'm using the sweet syrups at breakfast for healthy snacking at night too!"
Katie's fans were less than impressed with the move and responded with some choice words for the My Crazy Life star.

"Why did you need more surgery if these sauces are so good!" cried one.
"Why in the world would any woman take health advice tips from you?" asked another.
"If this worked why have you just gone and had the fat sucked out your body?" queried a third.
Although other fans commented they were glad to see Katie looking well after her surgeries.
"Love seeing you smile," complimented one.
"Hope you’re recovering well Katie," added another.

Katie was forced to break cover during her recovery period to continue her campaign for the introduction of Harvey's Law - which she hopes will criminalise online trolling.
Earlier this week Katie admitted she was looking 'unrecognisable' after having work done on her face.
Breaking her silence on Instagram , she said: "I know I look unrecognisable here but 4 days after surgery so very swollen and look like a alien but can’t believe how quick I’m recovering from my surgery from head to toe excited for the results."
Katie previously said she felt 'disgusted' with her figure after putting on 1.5 stone. Despite her boyfriend Kris Boyson and mum Amy Price's best efforts to persuade her otherwise, Katie revealed on My Crazy Life her plans to undergo yet more cosmetic surgery in a bid to boost her confidence.
