Neither Shai Gilgeous-Alexander nor Chris Paul has had any sort of introductory press conference upon their move to Oklahoma City — though the two did take a trip to Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, something the organization does with new players. At this point, it seems unlikely Thunder general manager Sam Presti and the rest of the front office will schedule anything.
Additionally, the Thunder haven’t made an official announcement about what numbers Paul or Gilgeous-Alexander will wear. It’s probably easy to figure out what number CP3 will wear. (It’s 3, in case that wasn’t clear enough.)
Gilgeous-Alexander wore No. 2 while with the Clippers, but was No. 22 in his one year at Kentucky. Being in a new place, SGA could go with something completely different.
