Shah Rukh Khan’s Jab Harry Met Sejal is less than 11 days away from its release but the actor has family on his mind. In the midst of the hoopla that is promotions for an SRK film, the actor took time off to join wife Gauri Khan and their children in Los Angeles. A few photos made their way to social media and apparently SRK and Gauri are not alone.
Along with Shah Rukh and his wife, we can also spot his Army co-star Sridevi along with husband Boney Kapoor. Sridevi and Boney are also in LA with daughters Jhanvi and Khushi for their annual holiday.
Wife Gauri also posted a photo and wrote, “Soaking up the Californian sun.” SRK also met Grammy winner DJ Diplo. It seems SRK seamlessly mixed work with vacation and met the American rapper who has composed a song for Jab Harry Met Sejal titled Phurrr.
Shah Rukh shared a picture of himself with Diplo in Los Angeles and wrote, “Walked into the video @diplo is making for Phurrr! Got a starring role in it & his Decent jacket. Wes u r dope! Thx.”
Director Imtiaz Ali told IANS about the song, “It has a fresh energy and we imagined that the song starts soon after the Portugal football team won the UEFA Cup, an event we follow in the story. So there are lots of people celebrating on the streets. Diplo has known the world over for his singles and albums and it’s great to collaborate with him”.
