Shah Rukh Khan celebrates 'Pathaan' success with fans; pens note of gratitude for all his 'mehmaans'

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan on Monday penned a note of thanks to all his fans for showering him with their love. The actor, who is basking in the success of his film 'Pathaan', joined fans outisde his house, Mannat as they celebrated his return to the big screen and also lauded the smashing box office success of his film.

Reciprocating the love and support he has been receiving from fans and audiences worldwide, SRK took to his social media handles and shared a video of him greeting his fans. Alongside the clip, he penned a note of gratitude while borrowing his famous "mehman nawazi" dialogue from 'Pathaan'.

"Mehmaan Nawaazi Pathaan ke ghar par....Thank u all my Mehmaans for making my Sunday so full of love. Grateful. Happy. Loved," SRK wrote.

Our ETimes cameras got you the first videos and photos of the superstar greeting the sea of fans gathered outside his house on Sunday. Besides waving to all from his gate and greeting them in his signature style, he also blew kisses and even danced to his hit movie track 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan'.

Dressed up in a black t-shirt and jeans and wearing a headband, SRK had fans screaming and hooting as he stretched his arms and struck his signature pose.

Helmed by Siddharth Anand, 'Pathaan', which was released on January 25, also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead roles. Apart from "seeti maar" dialogues and high-octane action scenes, the film also boasts of an extended cameo of Salman Khan as Tiger.

'Pathaan' is the fourth instalment in the YRF's Spy Universe, and is SRK's comeback film after 'Zero' (2018).

Meanwhile, at the box office, the film has created history as it has overtaken SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali 2' and the Yash-starrer 'KGF 2' to become the fastest film to enter Rs 200 crore club. It collected Rs 429 crore gross worldwide in four days, said production banner Yash Raj Films (YRF) on Sunday.
