Scotland's largest fitness event is muscling back in to Glasgow with an action-packed weekend.

Andy McWilliams, a contender for Scotland’s Strongest Man, Crossfit Glasgow trainer and gymnast Ryan Sedgley and personal trainer Iona Bruce joined forces on the Clyde to announce the return of Sports, Fitness and Nutrition Expo (SFN Expo).

Taking place at Glasgow’s SEC September 21-22, the event will move to the venue’s biggest hall to meet the increasing number of exhibitors and visitors.

Showcasing the latest brands and products in the health and wellness scene, the event will also host some of the UK’s big fitness personalities.

With more than 60 exhibitors, the event has everything from pre-exercise fuel to workout gear, and welcomes global brands such as CrossFit Glasgow, Pic’s Peanut Butter, Heck Food and Silverback Gymwear and Clydebuilt Fitness.

Names in the running include; Luke and Tom Stoltman, Brian Wilson, Scott Milne and Christopher Beetham, who are hoping to bag the top spot and go on to compete in Britain’s Strongest Man in 2020.
