A sexy snap of a mystery blonde woman lying next to a pump action shotgun was shown to jurors in a court case yesterday.
The mobile phone image was shown at the High Court in Glasgow during the trial of two women and two men who are alleged to have discharged a firearm and tried to attack people at various sites in Glasgow and Lanarkshire.
Zach Bennett, 27, Chloe Walker, 23, Courtney McCreaddie, 23, and Ian David Moyes, 32, are charged with possessing a firearm or imitation firearm to threaten unlawful violence against Ellen Graham and John McLaughlin at a house in Ryehill Road, Glasgow on July 7, 2017.
The four are accused of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at the address, pulling a window from its hinges, shouting and swearing at resident Ellen, brandishing a shotgun or similar instrument at her before kicking the door and demanding that John leave the house.
On the same day at Lumloch Road, Glasgow, the four are accused of repeatedly firing a weapon and committing a breach of the peace.
The fourth charge alleges that the four threatened Annette Daniels and other residents with a firearm at Cortmalaw Gardens in Robroyston, Glasgow.
Jurors were shown a series of text and WhatsApp messages, CCTV pictures and images including a picture of what appeared to be a pump action shotgun next to a scantily clad woman, face down on a bed.
The National Crime Agency analysed texts and pictures which prosecutors claim were sent between two of the accused, Walker and McCreaddie.
Lord Armstrong warned jurors not to discuss the trial over the bank holiday weekend.
