Sex toys worth £1million stolen from back lorry parked in layby

Police are hunting brazen thieves who stole sex toys worth a MILLION pounds from a lorry parked up in a layby.

The massive haul of saucy adult goods was taken from the vehicle, which was parked on the A43 near Broughton village, Northamptonshire.

Detectives believe the crooks struck at sometime between 1am and 6.30am, breaking into the trailer and swiping £1 million worth of imported stock.

The lorry had been travelling from Felixstowe to deliver its load to Rocks Off Ltd, based at the aptly-named Satisfaction House in Kettering.

Northamptonshire Police has today launched an appeal to track down the stolen goods.

Witnesses or anyone with information relating to the theft on September 18 are asked to contact the force on 101 quoting incident number 19000497826.

Alternatively, independent charity Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555111.
