A known sex offender who has “targeted young girls” is on the run, with police issuing warnings not to approach him.
Daniel Joslin, who was last seen in East London, is wanted for failing to comply with a Registered Sex Offender notification, as well as breaching court bail.
Police are on the hunt for the 40-year-old and are appealing for the public’s help in finding the criminal - but have issued warnings to not approach him, My London reported.
The Met described the offender as having “previously targeted young women and girls” and so is “at risk to both”.
While he was last seen in London, the attacker also has a connection with Kent - and could have travelled anywhere in the country.
Joslin is a white man, 6ft 1ins tall and of slim build, and is known to use a number of different false names.
Police warn the public to not approach the offender if they spot him but to call 999 immediately.
A statement from the Met Police reads: “Officers are appealing for the public’s help to find Daniel Joslin, 40, who is wanted for failing to comply with an Registered Sex Offender notification and breach of court bail.
“Joslin was last seen in east London and also has a previous connection with Kent, but he may have travelled anywhere in the country.
“Joslin is a white male, 6ft 1ins tall and of slim build; he is known to use a number of aliases.
“He has previously targeted young women and girls and is considered to be a risk to both.
“If Joslin is seen, do not approach him but call 999 immediately.
