Sex And The City star Chris Noth has been accused of sexual assault by two women.
Allegations against the American actor — whose character Mr Big was recently seen dying in the first episode of the show’s reboot And Just Like That — were detailed in a new report from The Hollywood Reporter .
According to the US magazine, two women who don’t know each other approached the publication separately with claims of being sexually assaulted by the actor.
The alleged victims said that recent promotions of And Just Like That stirred up painful memories.
The women say the incidents had occurred in Los Angeles in 2004 and in New York in 2015.
Last night Noth (67) denied the allegations in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter , which read: “The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false.
“These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago...that is a line I did not cross.”
He reprised the role for Sex And The City films before his character was killed off when he had a heart attack after riding a Peleton exercise bike.
