Sevilla confirm 22-man travelling squad for Europa League quarter-final vs Manchester United

Sevilla have confirmed their travelling squad for Thursday's Europa League quarter-final first leg at Manchester United.

The Spanish outfit have made one change from the squad that faced Celta Vigo in La Liga last Friday, with Lucas Ocampos included following a suspension from domestic action. The Argentinian has taken the place of Pape Gueye, with Joan Jordan and Tecatito Corona both confirmed as injured.

Jose Luis Mendilibar's side will also include United loanee Alex Telles, with European competition allowing players to feature against their parent clubs. The left-back hasn't started since mid-March and will likely be on the bench.

LUCKHURST: United's game in hand could be delayed until final week of season

Sevilla are currently enduring their worst domestic season since being promoted to La Liga in 2001, a chaotic 2-2 draw against Celta Vigo last weekend - they conceded in the 89th and 93rd minutes and had two players sent off - leaving them 13th where at one point they were involved in a relegation battle.

The Spanish side are onto their third manager of the campaign, having failed to progress with Julen Lopetegui - now at Wolves - and Jorge Sampaoli. After finishing third in their Champions League group, wins against PSV Eindhoven and Fenerbahce saw them into the quarter-finals.

And despite a dismal domestic campaign, Sevilla continue to produce in Europe, having won the Europa League six times since 2005/2006.

United are sweating on the fitness of Marcus Rashford after the forward pulled up with what looked to be a groin injury. The club are yet to provide an update on the 25-year-old, with Erik ten Hag likely to be quizzed on the matter during his Wednesday press conference.

Casemiro will be available again after missing the last four domestic games via suspension - he did feature in the last round of the Europa League - while Christian Eriksen will also be available, following his return from injury against Everton.

Sevilla's travelling squad in full

Bono, Dmitrovic, Alberto Flores, Jesus Navas, Montiel, Bade, Marcao, Nianzou, Rekik, Acuna, Alex Telles, Gudelj, Fernando, Oliver Torres, Rakitic, Ocampos, Lamela, Papu Gomez, Bryan Gil, Suso, Rafa Mir, En-Nesyri.
