A major Ayrshire road has been flooded following heavy rain last night and early this morning.
Drivers are being urged to approach the A737 between Beith and Dalry with caution this morning.
Scotland TranServ are currently trying to clear the road at The Den and have two tankers at the scene.
The flooding comes after The Met Office released a yellow alert for rainfall, which will affect public transport and road travelling times.
The county has been devastated with flooding already this summer, with a number of homes being evacuated.
In previous weeks roads have been closed all over Ayrshire, including the main A77 bypass a number of times.
The warning of rainfall is still in place until 3pm today.
The Met Office warning says: "An area of heavy rain is expected to become slow-moving across much of Scotland, especially affecting western and central hills.
"Flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely.
"Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer.
"Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer."
