Several staff and crew members were injured after a Lufthansa flight's nose gear collapsed on Thursday at Germany's Frankfurt airport.

"Passengers had not yet boarded," a company spokesperson said in a statement, adding that crew members and ground staff were on board the aircraft at the time of the incident, as quoted by Reuters, citing Bloomberg report.
The company further confirmed that, "Several staff members were injured and are currently receiving medical treatment."
