The Good Food Awards has named its winners for 2020, with seven Merseyside restaurants earning recognition.
The awards, which launched in 2002, recognise the high standards kept by restaurants across the UK , judging based on dishes serves, customer feedback, and food hygiene score.
The awards are divided into categories, including the Good Food Awards for restaurants, cafes and bars, along with separate accolades for gastropubs, fish and chip shops and takeaways.
This year The Good Food Awards have recognised the following seven Merseyside restaurants
- Wreckfish Bistro, Seel Street
- Thai Cuisine Express, Aigburth Road
- Remember When Wirral
- Home Farm Restaurant in Speke Hall
- Brunch Bistro, Whiston
- Bistro By The Park, Hale
- Lazaros Greek Restaurant Hoylake
