There are currently hundreds of pubs and restaurants listed as for sale across Ireland from less than €100,000 to over €500,000.
While opening a pub or restaurant might not seem like a great idea given the current climate - the Covid pandemic will pass so it might be a good opportunity to bag a bargain.
However, amongst the hundreds of properties for sale there are some that have been listed for years and years.
Yet nobody appears to have decided to take a gamble on them - which we can't understand why.
