Fire crews evacuated a building in Salford after a fire broke out at a shop.
Seven fire engines were called to the scene on Blackfriars Road, at the junction with Greengate West, at around 9am this morning (Tuesday).
The blaze broke out at a commercial premises on the ground floor of a three-story building, the fire service said.
Residents in the flats above had to be evacuated for safety, but are now back in the building.

Pictures taken this morning show the Nisa shop - the ground floor - cordoned off with some of its windows smashed through.
Fire investigators were also pictured inside the shop.

Blackfriars Road was partially closed off by police officers while the blaze was tackled.
It has now been fully reopened.
In a statement, a spokesperson for the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said said: "At around 9am on Tuesday 21st December, seven fire engines from Manchester Central, Philips Park, Broughton, Moss Side, Blackley and Salford fire stations were called to reports of a building fire on Blackfriars Road, Salford.
"It involved a commercial premises on the ground floor of a three-storey building.
"Crews arrived quickly at the scene and evacuated the building, including a number of flats above the premises.
"Firefighters used four breathing apparatuses, two hose reels, two positive pressure ventilation fans and other specialist equipment to extinguish the fire and prevent any spread.
"Firefighters remain in attendance and residents have been allowed back in the building."
