Seven-day weather forecast for Nottingham as UK enters first week of lockdown

Everyone in the UK might be effectively housebound but at least the dismal weather of the last few months appears to have subsided.

Met Office forecasters are predicting a week of dry weather meaning that, if we can, most people should be able to spend plenty of time in the garden this week.

At a time when we all need a boost it means most people will be able to start mowing their lawns and planting things to brighten up their little piece of England.

Temperatures are also likely to peak, with 14C forecast on Tuesday.

We might see the odd frost, but there's only a 10% chance of rain this week to compensate for that.

Wind speeds will be low at the start of the week but will pick up at the end of the week. Pollen counts aren't peaking yet though.
