Setting sail for Games

Yachts from participating countries set sail on the sea Tuesday from the Enoshima Yacht Harbour in Fujisawa, Kanagawa Prefecture, for the Sailing World Cup Series, the first test event ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics. For the event that runs until Sunday, the organizing committee for the Games dispatched about 200 officials to check the traffic line of the sailors, sailing devices and examined security measures for the competition venue, transportation system, among other items.
