SET50 index advanced 1.18%, or 12.59 points, to 1,081.51 in trade worth 34.2 billion baht.
MAI fell 0.12%, or 0.71 points, to 569.95 in transactions worth 3.2 billion baht.
Foreigners were net buyers of 2.9 billion baht worth of shares, followed by institutional investors (1 billion baht) and brokers (686.6 million baht). Individual investors sold 4.6 billion baht worth of shares.
Year-to-date, institutional investors were net buyers of 63.6 billion baht, followed by foreigners (12.5 billion baht) and brokers (10.8 billion baht). Retail investors were sole net sellers of 86.9 billion baht.
