Seriously scary!

After much agonising and debate, we have a winner for our Scarecrow Competition. So congratulations to David Fuller, aged 9, from year 5 at Chattenden Primary School, near Rochester, Kent.

Chattenden's Gardening Club will receive a lovely Beehive Compost Bin, courtesy of our fellow judges at Wiggly Wigglers in time for next term. David's Little Red Riding Hood Scarecrow is being made as we speak and will be frightening our fat greedy pigeons on the allotment by tomorrow.

We were really, really impressed by the quantity and quality of entries and the seriously scary brains behind them and will be posting a slideshow of some of our other favourites soon.
