A Scots road has been closed by police following a serious crash involving a car and a motorbike.
Emergency services raced to the B6357 in Annan at around 12pm on Saturday, September 4.
The two-vehicle smash involved a car and a motorbike.
The road has now been sealed off for around five hours and remains closed.
Police are also still at the scene on Stapleton Road.
It's not yet known if anyone has been injured but reports on social media suggest an air ambulance was called to the crash.
One said: "Air ambulance has just left. Wishing a speedy recovery."
Another added: "Just heard air ambulance land."
Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers are currently in attendance on the B6357, Stapleton Road, in Annan, following a serious crash involving a car and motorcycle. Police were contacted to attend at around 12.10pm on Saturday, 4 September, 2021.
"Emergency services remain at the scene and the road is currently closed."
