Serious concerns about missing Leeds man who walked out of hospital

Police say they have "serious concerns" about a man who is missing after he walked out of hospital while receiving treamtent.

Lee Barber, 36, left Leeds General Infirmary at around 8.30am on Friday, November 29 when he was being treated for a head injury and West Yorkshire Police say "he may be in a confused state".

He has been described as a slim, white man, who is around 5ft 6ins tall, with short, spikey fair hair.

He was last seen wearing blue tracksuit bottoms and a red jumper.

According to police, he has links to the Middleton area and often visits the city centre.

Detective inspector James Entwistle said: "We currently have officers out looking for Lee and there are serious concerns for his welfare given the circumstances in which he has left hospital.

“He may be in a confused state and we would like to hear from anyone who has seen him or who has any information that could assist us in tracing him.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Leeds District CID via 101 and quote log number 365 of November 29.
