Both Brazil and Serbia are in contention for a place in the round of 16. Group E is one of the most open groups in the World Cup with Costa Rica being the only team that cannot qualify for the knockout stage.
Brazil have not had the opening to the World Cup that was expected of them. Their recent clash with Costa Rica was saved due to two very late goals scored in injury time.
Brazil forward Neymar has come under fire recently after his performances in the Russia so far. He has struggled the team’s previous matches against Switzerland and Costa Rica.
Serbia recently lost to Switzerland 2-1 after conceding a goal in the 90th minute of their match on Friday. Although it will be an uphill battle Serbia are still in the running for a place in the round of 16.
It was as expected in tonight's Group E games, Brazil took apart a Serbia side with relative ease to top the group and book their place in the last 16, and Switzerland are also through after Costa Rica held them to a draw.

Campbell went on a mad run for Costa Rica after he got the ball when Drmic's header rebounded off the woodwork at the other end. Campbell broke all the way down the pitch and managed to squeeze the ball to Colindnes whose shot was saved by Sommer
That'll be curtains for Serbia, Neymar flicks the corner in from the left, and Thiago Silva gets in front of Milenkovic to head home what should be the winner for Brazil
Brazil under pressure again, Rukavina whips the ball into the far post and Mitrovic hits his header straight at Alisson who saves it, Serbia could have had two now
Serbia should be level now, Alisson flails his hands at a ball that comes in from the right wing and it falls to Mitrovic who heads the ball straight at Thiago Silva in front of goal
Willian gets the ball on the right and runs it down the wing, he stops to face up against Kolarov, then dinks it quickly past the defender before blasting a ball across goal, but Stojkovic has it covered
As it stands Brazil and Switzerland will progress through to the last 16, while it looks like Costa Rica may draw level in Nizhny Novograd, Serbia face an uphill battle against Brazil

Although Brazil haven’t had the start to the tournament that was expected of them it’s reasonable to assume that they will be able to beat Serbia and secure their place in the round of 16.
