Bringing classic Italian food to the fore, Executive Sous Chef Salvatore Catania’s new signature menus offer mouthwatering dishes with a touch of artistic flair. Highlights include Octopus salad and Salmon tartar, a tantalizing fusion of raw salmon, pomelo and orange sauce. The pizzas - thin, crispy, baked in a stone oven - include Pizza arotolata, featuring anchovies, parmesan and rocket, and cheesy Burrata margarita. Mains include Tagliatelle al tartufo with homemade pasta prepared in parmesan cheese wheel and slow-braised pork cheeks in Barolo, pumpkin gnocchi. Affogato moderno (espresso shot with Nutella rice bun and amaretto gelato), Bignole alla nocciola (beignets with hazelnut), and Torta della noona (pear tart) are highly recommended desserts.
