Barcelona left-back Junior Firpo has become Leeds United's second major transfer of the summer window.
The 24-year-old has moved to Elland Road on a four-year contract for a fee understood to be around £13.2m.
With Champions League and Europa League clubs having also shown interest in Firpo, the Whites fought off stiff competition to sign the defender, who has undergone a triple training session with manager Firpothis morning.
Coming from such a high-profile club, Firpo, who previously played for Real Betis, will no doubt prompt a keen sense of anticipation from Leeds fans, no doubt eager to see whether he can fix what has proven to be a somewhat problem position over the last 12 months.
