Send us your garden wildlife photos

10 Shortlisted images for Garden wildlife photography competition 2009

Last year we marked the RSPB's inaugural Make Your Nature Count wildlife survey by asking for your photographs of garden fauna.

Guardian readers responded with a deluge of 745 shots of ladybirds, honeybees, butterflies and birds, several of which made the Eyewitness centre spread of the newspaper. Readers voted a stunning shot of a damselfly by Katie Fuller as their favourite from a shortlist of our top 10.

This year we're once again calling for your photos of garden insects and mammals. Hedgehogs, foxes, badgers, frogs and even domestic cats all count.

Just add your photos to our Flickr group to take part.

We'll feature some of our favourites on guardian.co.uk and maybe in the newspaper version of the Guardian as well. By posting your pictures in the group you agree to let this happen (though copyright remains with you at all times).
