Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim secretly dated for months before deciding to go public with their romance, it has been revealed.
The couple, who appear on the hit Netflix property reality series, announced they were dating with a sweet post on Instagram in July.
Fans and followers were blown away with the news, but the 40-year-old confessed that they were actually dating for two months before confirming their budding romance, and people had started to suspect that they were coupled up.
"It's just one of those things. You don't want to share with everybody and get all their opinions before you really know what it is," Chrishell told E! News.
"We really were really private and secretive for as long as we could until we realized the walls were closing in. People were getting a little savvy to it."

The reality star and Jason, 44, who is Chrishell’s boss at the Oppenheim Group real estate firm featured in Selling Sunset, are now happy to let everyone know about their romance, and want to share their love with the world.
"We made it to a point where we're really happy to share it because we knew exactly what it was, so it's all good," she added.
The couple decided to go public with their relationship during their holiday in Europe with their Selling Sunset co-stars including Jason's twin brother Brett Oppenheim, Amanza Smith, Jason’s ex Mary Fitzgerald and her husband Romain Bonnet, and model Tina Louise.

Jason and Mary briefly dated, and fans of the show will remember Mary saying during an episode in season three that they had "been friends for probably 15 years" and they dated for "maybe a year of that."
However, Chrishell insisted that there was no animosity within the group of friends now that she and Jason were dating, and revealed that Mary was one of the first people to know about their budding romance.
"We're all just so close and we all work just so close together, and there's no hiding it from Mary. We work together constantly. She's our best friend," she stated.
To reveal the news of their relationship back in July, Chrishell posted a snap of her and Jason looking blissfully happy while on a boat in the ocean.
Jason then confirmed the romance with a statement to People, and said: “Chrishell and I became close friends and it has developed into an amazing relationship.
"I care about her deeply and we are very happy together," he added.

Just days before she announced she and Jason were dating, Chrishell shared a snap of her birthday celebrations on social media, and wowed fans with a picture of her surrounded by several stunning floral arrangements
She avoided revealing who had sent her the bouquets, but after going public with her romance, she later edited the post to reveal that Jason was the one who sent her the floral display.
“Annnnd now that you guys know…thank you SO much @jasonoppenheim,” she wrote.
