An expert on the royal family has said Prince Harry is 'self-pitying' and 'out for 'vengeance' as the Prince gives a series of interviews about his life.
Camilla Tominey says Harry, 36, has failed to learn the lessons from the life of his late mother, Diana, in 'airing his dirty laundry' on television.
Bur she claims the royal family is emerging more popular as a result of Prince Harry's speaking out.
It comes after Harry accused the royal family of 'total neglect' while he was being hounded by the media, and complained about his upbringing by Prince Charles, in a series of TV interviews with Oprah Winfrey titled 'The Me You Can't See'.

Tominey wrote in the Telegraph: "While there’s no doubting Harry’s noble intentions in wanting to raise awareness of mental health issues – let’s make no mistake here, like Diana deciding to air her dirty linen on the BBC, this is a man out for vengeance."
She added that "in trying to emulate her doe-eyed confessionals to speak his 'truth', he is repeating her mistake of squandering popularity for the sake of evening the score".
The late Princess Diana gave an explosive interview in 1995 with BBC's Panorama programme, the circumstances of which were criticised by the independent Dyson report last week.
Following the interview Princess Diana and Charles, who were formally separated, went on to divorce.
She was later killed in a car accident in 1997 while being followed by reporters.
Tominey added: "By continuing to stoke the flames of publicity with his self-pitying and at times, spiteful rhetoric, Harry shows he has actually learned nothing from his mother’s experience."

It comes as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle prepare to welcome their second child, a baby girl, this summer.
Since their move to the United States in 2020 the couple have settled in California and sent shockwaves through the monarchy with their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.
The couple accused members of the royal family of racism and Meghan shared how she considered suicide while the couple were working royals.
It comes as a source claims Prince Charles will be "feeling wretched" after Prince Harry's latest criticism of the Royal Family - but he still wants reconciliation.
The Queen is also said to be "deeply upset" by what Harry has said in his recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, in particular his comments about his father's parenting, according to an insider.
In the documentary series The Me You Can't See on Apple TV+, Harry said he would "never be bullied into silence again" and claimed his dad allowed him to "suffer" as a child in the face of the media.
This is not the first time Harry has criticised Prince Charles publicly.
During Harry and Meghan's Oprah interview in March, the Duke of Sussex said his dad cut him off financially when he and his family left the UK.
