Despite a down year in 2020, it might be hard for the Vikings to retain Anthony Harris.
Harris had a stellar 2019 in a big role. In 2018, he had less snaps, but still found a way to make a big impact. Harris’ body of work is impressive and it shows in how outlets have ranked Harris among other pending free agents in the NFL this offseason.
Our friends over at Touchdown Wire are the latest to give Harris a high rank. The outlet tabbed Harris as the 13th-best player who’s due to become a free agent this offseason.
Spotrac currently has Harris’ value at $14 million. That’s not as bad as some earlier estimates, but that’s still probably too much money for the Vikings to give him, especially when you have Harrison Smith as well.
