With the football season cancelled, players from across the country have started a new online game - the toilet roll challenge.
Now the Sunderland U14 and U16 Girls Regional Talent Club have got involved in the action by making their own Tik Tok video.
The aim of the #StayAtHomechallenge also known as the #CoronaVirusChallenge is to juggle a toilet roll in the air with your feet as you would a football and everyone is encouraged to have a go.
The girls can be seen kicking the toilet roll and passing it to each other in the video.
Player Grace Ede said: "As we have not been able to train and play football, at the rtc because of the coronavirus, I thought it was a good idea to do a video with the girls for a challenge and a bit of fun."
Supported by the Foundation of Light, training for the team's has now been stopped due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Ella Wilson said it was a good chance for them to have a bit of fun.
She said. "I enjoyed doing it as it was a chance for the girls to all have fun and cheer themselves up with football being stopped for now."
The video has been a hit on social media, with family and friends sharing the video.
Emily Cassap said: "I am absolutely amazed by the response to our video. It has been great to give people something to smile about during this time."
The video comes after football star such as Jamie Carragher, Peter Crouch and Marcus Rashford showed off their skills on social media.
