THE winners at this year's Food Awards Scotland have been announced with a number of entries walking away with some of the most sought-after accolades in the industry.
Oceanic Awards held the annual celebration of Scotland’s top culinary hotspots on Monday night at the Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow Central.
The awards paid tribute to dedication, talent, and "entrepreneurial spirit of restaurant owners and teams across the country".
Ozzy’s Fine Dining Restaurant in Nairn walked away with Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year, while The Lobster Pot in Linlithgow took Best Seafood Establishment and Howff Secret Supper Club in Dundee won Restaurant of the Year.
Irfan Younis, spokesperson for The 11th Food Awards Scotland said: “We’re honoured to once again spotlight the country’s top food establishments and businesses. This year’s finalists have all been distinguished as the real masters in their field due to their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.
