Michael Buble was in festive mood on Saturday night when he played Utilita Arena in Newcastle, telling fans how much he loved this time of the year.
And, as if on cue, it seemed that some were in a festive present-giving mood.
Two youngsters among the packed audience took the opportunity to give the Canadian star a gift.
First a boy handed him a Lego toy, which Buble held up for all to see, and then another, who was dressed as Spiderman and was at the concert with his mother, gave him a Christmas card.
In a charming moment, Buble got down on stage so that the youngster could hand him an envelope for him to open.
It what turned out to be a Christmas card which Buble took out and read before shaking his young fan's hand.
He later invited Spiderman to join him on stage for a superhero-type song but he politely decilined.
