The latest buildings to be sold off by South Ayrshire Council have been revealed.
A prominent empty shop at 15 to 17 Sandgate in Ayr is among common good buildings on the market.
The price for the historic B-listed tenement, which is being advertised, has not been revealed.
Before the sale can go through the council needs permission from the court.
Bosses have judged 11 buildings that are no longer needed should be flogged, given away or knocked down in South Ayrshire.
A cottage at 8 Main Street Straiton was also put up for sale.
Also up for grabs is a property at 18 George Street in Ayr’s Wallacetown and workshops at 2 Saltfield Lane and Alderston Avenue in the town.
Land at plush Monument Road will be offered as four separate parcels of land to residents living opposite for the price of £1.
The former tourist office in Girvan is to be razed along with vacant buildings at the Walker Road Depot in Ayr.
Richmond Hall in Kirkoswald was added to the for sale list.
A council report on the disposal of the surplus buildings said: “A number of council owned buildings have been identified as being unproductive in that they no longer contribute to the council’s strategic objectives or service requirements, they generate little or no income for the council and have no long term development potential.”
