Tennessee Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan is well known for a wealth of reasons.
From his impressive play as one of the team’s bookends on the field, to having his own podcast, to his trash talk game on social media, it’s hard not to take notice of him, even if you’re among the most casual of sports fans.
It’s also hard to miss all of his tattoos, and he added this masterpiece recently, taking to Instagram with it.
“Lie to the Liars” and “Steal From the Thieves,” it reads.
“Lots of heavy breathing and meditation went into this one”, Lewan explained (and we believe it, especially after watching this video).
Clearly doesn’t look like the most painless experience, but “No Bad Days”, right?
