See it: Saquon Barkley attempts no-look pass, hits coach in the head

New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley has been feeling himself in practice of late, frequently challenging the likes of tight end Evan Engram and wide receiver Sterling Shepard to a throwing contest.

Barkley has owned the competition, repeatedly launching balls perfectly into the net, so he decided to spice it up a bit earlier this week and channel his inner Patrick Mahomes.

It did not go well.

After connecting on a few long passes, Barkley wanted to up the ante and prove that the no-look pass is easy peasy. It wasn’t. And in the end, Barkley ended up launching a rocket that connected with the head of one of his assistant coaches.

As remarkably talented as Barkley is, it looks like he’s got a little more work to do before he’s uncorking no-look passes on the field for the Giants.
