See it: Giants players, WWE wrestlers compete in football skills competition

With this week being WrestleMania week at MetLife Stadium, members of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) are making promotional appearances throughout the area.

While some of the wrestlers were in attendance this past week at Yankee Stadium for Major League Baseball’s Opening Week, other wrestlers were hosted by the New York Giants at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center in East Rutherford.

Current Giants Zak DeOssie and B.J. Hill and retired Giant Jay Alford took part in a skills competition with WWE wrestlers Bayley and Sasha Banks, in which the lady wrestlers competed in different football events with Heath Slater overseeing the events.

Bayley won the skills competition over her tag team partner. Bayley and Banks are the WWE’s first ever Women’s Tag Team Champions.

In the end of the video, we see Hill perform The Rock’s “People’s Elbow” on DeOssie, which was followed by DeOssie returning the favor and hitting Hill with The Ultimate Warrior’s big splash.

Wrestlemania 35 can be seen this Sunday on the WWE Network.
