See it: Eli Manning sends heartwarming message to NewYork–Presbyterian Hospital

Late last week, retired New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning shared a message of gratitude for everyone at Hackensack Meridian Health as they continued to wage war on COVID-19.

However, Manning wasn’t ready to stop there.

On Wednesday, Manning delivered another heartwarming message for front-line workers, this time for those working at NewYork–Presbyterian Hospital.

“Hi, Eli Manning here,” Manning said. “And I just wanted to give a special call out to all the caregivers and really the entire health care team at New York Presbyterian hospital. Thank you so much for everything you’re doing. We read about it every day, and your selflessness, your determination, your willingness to act and to go above and beyond was expected — and honestly maybe was what was even called for — to help out New York and so many people.

“When everybody else in the world is being asked to stay at home and sit back and do nothing, you’ve been asked to step up, and you’re doing that in every way. So we cannot thank you enough, and (we) just want you to know how much we all appreciate what you’re doing to the benefit of so many others. So please stay safe, stay healthy, and God bless.”

Manning speaks for all of us when he shares his thanks and gratitude. Without our medial professionals and first responders, there’s no telling where the country would be right now.
