A little while ago I was looking for the perfect dupe for my beloved highlighter that was going out of stock.
Becca's Champagne Pop didn't find it's best match in Morphe, but I did think it was the perfect high impact highlight for a night on the town.
But can the brand tone it all the way down and work for a more natural makeup look?

I took on the challenge to find out, using mainly Morphe 2 products (and a light dusting of highlighter, if you use it sparingly it works in a day to day look).
I don't claim to be a makeup artist by any means, but this is what I thought of these natural makeup items.
The first thing I noticed about this skin tint was how pigmented it was, it's much stronger than I initially expected.
It offers a really good coverage, and a little truly goes a long way.
I always use a base of moisturiser (at the minute I'm obsessed with Cerave's SA Cream) but I think this would work well mixed in with your go to moisturiser for a pop of colour.
It really livens up your skin and if you're finding yourself feeling washed out (with winter weather not exactly the best time of year for glowing skin, I know I am) this is a great choice to combat that.
If you are an avid foundation user who is looking for something less cakey, this is perfect. I really like it.

This is quite a decent concealer, I typically use NARS Creamy Concealer, which I find offers slightly more coverage, but for the price this is very much worth it.
It's not cakey and does a good job of covering up blemishes and dark circles.
I think this is a good option if you don't need to conceal much, but if you're trying to hide dark circles and spots you might want something bolder.

Wondertint Cheek and Lip Mousse
It is marketed as a blush you can build with, but I find it really doesn't have a lot of pigment to begin with.
This surprised me as I've found Morphe really holds colour well. I do have one of the more muted shades, but if you like a bold blush you might be disappointed.
It's okay for a subdued blush but I tend to like a bit more colour.

A little goes a really long way with this, with it being great for a night out.
I really like highlighter, I really enjoy feeling quite sparkly when I bother to do makeup so this thrilled me.
You just have to pace yourself, which isn't terrible because that means you're really getting your value for money.

This might be my favourite thing from the entire range, I want it in every colour.
It's a moisturising lip balm with a lot of colour, you can instantly see the impact it's made and I was so impressed.
The only colours on the range are pinks, I'd be curious to see a nude shade.
But I can't recommend it enough, it's perfect for a quick wash of colour across your lips.

I finished the look with my go to mascara, Too Faced's Better Than Sex. I use a travel size as I think it's better value for money with how often the tubes need replacing.
