See Dolphins royalty as Hall of Famers descend on enshrinement weekend

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is considered the mecca of NFL football. Legends of the game are enshrined here for eternity, the collection of busts is an incredible sight to see when walling through the halls of the facility in Canton, Ohio. Each summer, the NFL descends on this small down to welcome a handful of accomplished individuals into football’s most exclusive club.

And when the NFL comes to town, the NFL legends come along — eager to welcome those who they played with (or against) into the Hall.

This year’s collection of newcomers doesn’t feature any Miami Dolphins, but that isn’t stopping the Dolphins already in the Hall of Fame from showing up in bunches, creating some reunions that are guaranteed to put a smile on Miami fans’ faces.

Hall of Famers Larry Little, Bob Griese, Paul Warfield and Larry Csonka — all sitting at one table. Imagine the stories you’d hear having dinner with this bunch. This is the beauty of the Hall of Fame. Life after football carries each individual in their own unique direction. Larry Csonka would pack up and move as far away from South Florida as possible after his football career (Alaska). Bob Griese on the other hand? He would go on to start a second successful career in broadcasting, he is still a key piece of the Dolphins radio broadcast.

But Canton gives these former teammates an excuse to come back together again. And it gives Dolphins fans an excuse to remember the good times.
