CHENNAI: A 65-year-old security guard of a private farmhouse was allegedly found dead at Semmancherry along ECR on Saturday.
According to police, the deceased was identified as S Desingu, from the fishermen's colony near Semmancherry. Police said Desingu worked as a security guard at the farmhouse of a doctor who lives and practices in Kilpauk.
“Desingu usually stays at the farmhouse and goes home to his wife and son once a week. On June 13, he left home and did not return. His son Megavannan reached the farmhouse and found Desingu dead inside a room. Police registered a case. They found stab wounds and bruises on his body and suspect that he must have been murdered.
