Security for Bents Park concerts in South Shields

Bag searches will be carried out as you enter the park.

To help speed up the process, try and limit the number of bags you bring, and leave any sharp instruments at home.
South Tyneside Council are working closely with Northumbria Police who will once again be providing support at the events and ensuring the safety of those attending.

Food and drink

You are allowed to bring your own food and drink into the park however there are plenty of catering units as well as licensed bars within the park selling a range of drinks.
We are working to reduce the amount of waste and ask that you try not to bring glass to the site.
