Part of the M73 motorway is to be closed overnight for five nights to facilitate essential bridge works.
The northbound section of road will be closed from Junction 1 Maryville to Junction 2 Baillieston between 8pm and 6am from Monday January 25.
Nearby slip roads will also be inaccessible during the bridge joint replacement works.
Transport Scotland say signed diversion routes will be put in place.
They confirmed: "Road users are advised that the M73 northbound will be closed overnight from Junction 1 Maryville to Junction 2 Baillieston for five nights, between 8 PM to 6 AM each night, commencing on Monday 25 January 2021.
"These closures have been scheduled overnight to minimise disruption and are required to ensure road user and road worker safety whilst essential bridge joint replacement works are undertaken. The road will re-open at 6 AM each morning.
"During the overnight closures, the following link roads and slip roads will be closed:
- M74 northbound Link Road to M73 northbound at M74 Junction 4 Maryville
- M74 southbound Link Road to M73 northbound at M74 Junction 4 Maryville
- M73 northbound on-slip road from Daldowie
"Signed diversion routes will be in place during the closures.
"The works will be carried out by Scottish Road Partnership (SRP) on behalf of Transport Scotland to maintain the integrity and safety of this route.
"These works have been planned in consultation with Transport Scotland, Traffic Scotland, the emergency services, Amey and Glasgow City Council.
"Please note, all works are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
