Secret signs first Love Island couple is already on the rocks as chemistry fails to ignite

The Love Island 2019 cast may have shared the first night with their new partners - but at least one couple is already on the verge of splitting.

That's according to We-Vibe 's relationship expert Dr Becky Spelman, who points out the secret signs a handful of Islanders are unhappy in their budding romances.

Speaking to Mirror Online, the psychologist analyses each of the partnerships - and reveals who is most at risk of being imminently made a single pringle...

Which couple seems most genuine?

"I think the smart money is on Anna and Sherif! While they are both obviously very attractive, neither of them seems to take either themselves or Love Island too seriously - and they are not afraid to have a laugh at themselves."

So who is going to break-up first?

Yewande and Michael don't have much of a spark, says the relationship expert (ITV)

"Much has been made of Yewande and Michael's connection through science (they both prove you can be a science buff and outrageously good-looking at the same time), but it takes more than a professional interest in a particular topic to form a good relationship.

"Their body language suggests that, while they do like each other as friends, there's not much of a spark. It's hard to see this relationship going very far."

Do you think Lucie is genuinely interested in Joe?

Joe was left gutted when Tommy stole Lucie (ITV)

"Bearing in mind that everything that happens on Love Island is under the spotlight, yes, it does seem that Lucie is genuinely attracted to Joe.

"There seems to be some chemistry there, and her body language suggests that she is really listening to him when he talks, rather than just going through the motions.

"They also seem to have real interests in common, which is always important, because physical attraction isn't everything."

But is Lucie also attracted to Tommy?

Is Tommy Fury only interested in fame? (ITV)

"It is very hard to tell, because Tommy seems to be more attracted to the limelight than to anything else.

"If he felt that pairing up with Lucie might gain more attention for him, then that's what he might go for."

And is Amber deliberately causing trouble?

Amber's clearly very confident about her looks - giving herself a 10/10 (ITV)

"Amber is publicity hungry, as evidenced by her fondness for befriending and hanging around with people who have featured on Love Island before.

"It is very clear that she's extremely confident about her looks, and not afraid to muscle in on someone else's relationship.

"She does seem to want to sow doubt in the minds of her fellow contestants about one another, presumably with the intention of putting herself in a more powerful situation.

"Ultimately, this approach could go either way - gaining her an advantage or painting her in a bad light."

*Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2
