Boris Johnson has married his partner Carrie Symonds at a secret Westminster wedding ceremony, according to reports.
It's being widely reported that the power couple tied the knot on Saturday (May 29).
That's despite it previously being announced that the couple would marry next summer, on July 30, 2022.
Apparently only 30 guests witnessed the nuptials, who all received last-minute invites.
Number 10 has declined to comment on Saturday night (May 29), according to The Mirror.
One No 10 aide said: “I have been strictly told not to comment.”
But the outgoing DUP leader and first minister of Northern Ireland, Arlene Foster, has appeared to confirm the news by posting her congratulations to the couple on Twitter.
Carrie, the 33-year-old mother to the couple's one year old son Wilfred, apparently walked down the aisle to classical music at Westminster Cathedral.
The Roman Catholic venue had been cleared of the public just minutes before, the reports say.
The Prime Minister's relationship has made the headlines for all the wrong reasons recently, with claims about Carrie's extravagant redecoration of their Downing Street flat and controversy about who paid for it.
Mr Johnson's former top adviser, Dominic Cummings, lashed out at him and Carrie in a bombshell appearance before two parliamentary select committees this week.
He accused the PM of being "unfit" to lead the country and his government of being responsible for thousands of unnecessary coronavirus deaths.
And he said Mr Johnson's partner was often distracted by "trivial" matters - such as newspaper stories about their dog, Dilyn - at the height of the virus crisis.
Political insiders suggested Carrie, who is a former Conservative party communications worker herself, was instrumental in ousting Mr Cummings last year.
