The second phase of the largest military drill in the Gulf region concluded Thursday in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Region.
The Joint Al-Jazeera Shield Drill 10 saw the participation of Saudi naval, air and land forces, in addition to security and military forces, the national and border guards.
The exercise aims to preserve regional stability and security and is part of the Defense Ministry’s comprehensive strategy in the Kingdom.
The drill included all Gulf countries and sought to achieve joint cooperation, military coordination and confront dangers and threats against the region.
