A second person who went missing in the Australian Outback two weeks ago has been found alive.
Phu Tran, 40, was found by a local farmer at a cattle station almost 100 miles south of Alice Springs.
He and two friends had set off from the town to go hiking on November 19 when their car got stuck in a riverbed.
Police said he survived soaring temperatures by drinking water meant for livestock.
“He was slightly disoriented ... but other than that he was in good condition,” Superintendent Pauline Vicary said.
Mr Tran and his friends had stayed near the car for three days trying to free it before splitting up to find help.
Tamra McBeath-Riley, 52, was found on Sunday, but the hunt for her partner, 46-year-old Claire Hockridge, was continuing.
